Artist Showcase on Radio NWTN

ATTENTION ARTISTS: TIME FOR ARTIST SHOWCASE

Paris, Tenn.–The Paris-Henry County Arts Council is calling for all area artists to enter the 36th  Artist Showcase. The show will be held April 9-20th at the W.G. Rhea Library, located at  400 W. Washington Street in Paris. It is open to all ages.  

The deadline for entries is quickly approaching. Registration must be received at the  Arts Council office by Monday, April 4. Artists may register online at www.phcarts.com  under the “Events” tab or download the form from the same website and returned by the  deadline date to P.O. Box 1045, Paris, TN. Complete rules and requirements are available  

on the website. There is a $15 registration fee for each entry.  

Artist Showcase entries are divided into separate categories: ceramics, drawing, fiber,  mixed media, painting, and sculpture. Prize money and ribbons will be awarded in each  category plus Best Of Show recognition.  

Deadline to send an entry form is April 4th, and art must be dropped off at the library on April 8th between 3-5 pm and April 9th between 9 am and noon.Art pieces will be received at the Library on Thursday, March 25, 2022, 3-5 pm, and  Friday, March 26, 2021, 9-11 am.  

A public reception and awards presentation will be held Sunday, April 10 from 2 to 4  pm. 

In addition to the Arts Council, the event is sponsored by the Tennessee Arts Commis sion and Trolinger’s BBQ.
