Finger painting covers new dumpster for school

Article Source: the Paris Post-Intelligencer

Daniel Rivera-Ocampo, 6, puts a painted hand on a new dumpster being decorated Tuesday afternoon just outside the Paris-Henry County Arts Council building on Fentress Street. Daniel was one of dozens of kids and community leaders who put a painted handprint on the dumpster, which is being decorated to replace the dumpster at Rhea Elementary School. The project is a partnership between Leadership Henry County, The Levi Miles Foundation and the Arts Council. Painting was completed Tuesday and it’ll be moved into place in time for a May 31 ribbon cutting scheduled for 11 a.m.
