Based on the novel by Mary Shelly, R.N. Sandberg has written this modern rendition of the classic story of the Doctor and his Monster. Relive the take of love, lost love, murder, and compassion as we visit the many countries of Europe where the play is set. Ad Victor builds the Monster, contemplates the building of a second female Monster as a companion to the original, brings death to that creation, and watches as the Monster takes murderous revenge for that killing, Victor must endure the struggles that come with attempting to create life that will end only in death. Does the creation of the Monster prove that life can be regenerated? Or does the Monster's post-death existence only prove that humans should not attempt to control such aspects of our own humanity? Watch as we witness the struggle of both Doctor and his Creation.
Suggested viewing for this production is PG-13.
