The Paris Henry County Arts Council is offering exciting and fun filled bus trips to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville during each year.

You won't have to worry about the price of gasoline, finding parking downtown, contenting with traffic jams, or what to do on a Saturday afternoon. Just ask the folks who have traveled with us before to see a Broadway production at TPAC. It is a special time together. This year our bus trips have a theme centered around the Broadway production with games to play and prizes to win.

Thanks to the citizens, businesses, and organizations of Henry County, we have been able to bring quality cultural events to our area ranging from visual arts to instrumental and vocal performances to stage productions. Most activities have been planned and executed by our volunteer board members and manned by our Friends of the Arts organization.

Winner of the 2012 Tony Awards® for Best Score and Best Choreography, NEWSIES combines explosive music,
high-energy dance and an inspiring New York success story to create a musical you don't want to miss.
The story of Joseph is based on a story in the the book of Genesis which tells of a father’s love for his youngest son.
His father gifts to Joseph a coat of many colors that is the envy of his brothers.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat takes its title from this coat,
making it a central part of the production. The production’s title uses the term Technicolor®
as this is the process of adding vibrant color to films that was invented in the 1920's.
